About Us
We provide onsite services within the workplace ranging from mediation, conflict resolution, facilitated discussion, team development, mentoring, and business unit consulting. Our vision is to come to your worksite and resolve outstanding conflict.
We support leaders in there attempts to resolve workplace conflicts, however we also understand not all leaders possess or are comfortable facilitating these conversations. Employers also need to support the employees and provide a means of neutral facilitation or mediation, in a controlled setting, to help contribute to resolving the conflict prior to it escalating into a formal complaint.
We believe assessment, leader mentorship, conflict mediation and training can serve to minimize interpersonal conflict or harassment and resolve the contributing issues to serve this vision.
